Resumo: Apesar de avanços conquistados no Sistema Justiça Juvenil, ainda persistem marcas retributivas e compensatórias muito fortes que pouco contribuem para a efetiva ressocialização do jovem em conflito com lei. O presente estudo, por meio pesquisa natureza qualitativa, investigação bibliográfica documental, valendo-se método hermenêutico-fenomenológico, investiga quais pontos abordagem da Restaurativa pode melhorar o tratamento dado aos menores infratores contexto brasileiro. Em um primeiro momento, são analisadas as categorias ato infracional, medidas socioeducativas remissão. seguida, exploram-se possibilidades âmbito Juvenil brasileira, fim compreender esse sistema efetivamente influencia infratores.
